SHIPPING POLICY
We use third-party carriers (e.g. OnTrac) to deliver your food packages and provide you with tracking information for every package. It is very important that you provide us with the proper shipping information and any special instructions that the delivery driver may need.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your Meal, you can contact us by e-mail braziltogo.online@gmail.com or Customer Service (407) 516-4085. Do this one day (1) day from the date you received the unsatisfactory item. If it relates to the condition of a Meal, we, in our sole discretion, can give you credit for the Meal and, in some situations, issue a partial or full refund for the Meal. We reserve the right, however, to demand the return of the unsatisfactory Meal, or a photograph thereof, before any partial / full refund or credit is issued. Subject to this Agreement, Brazil to Go grants you a limited license to use the Offerings for personal, non-commercial use. Any future launch, update or other addition to the Offerings will be subject to this Agreement. Brasil to go, its suppliers and service providers reserve all rights not granted in this Agreement.
